Andaman Island Adventure the 4 days and 3 nights Port Blair tour is a perfect way to explore the stunning beauty of the Andaman Islands. This tour package is designed to provide a comfortable and hassle-free experience for travelers who want to explore the best of Port Blair in a short period.
On day one, you will arrive in Port Blair, and after checking in to your hotel, you will witness the Sound and Light show at the Cellular Jail that depicts the history of India’s struggle for independence. you will embark on an island-hopping tour to Ross Island and North Bay Island. Ross Island is a former British administrative headquarters and has ruins of old buildings, and is home to peacocks and deer. On the other hand, North Bay Island is known for its vibrant coral reefs and crystal-clear waters, where you can indulge in water activities such as snorkeling and glass-bottom boat rides.
You will explore Port Blair’s popular sights, starting with the Anthropological Museum, which showcases the life and culture of the indigenous tribes of the Andaman and Nicobar Islands. You will also visit the Samudrika Naval Marine Museum, which has displays of marine life, corals, and the history of the islands. After that, you will head to Chidiya Tapu, a paradise for bird watchers, and enjoy the scenic beauty of the island.
On the final day of your tour, you will check out from your hotel and head to the airport for your flight back home, taking back unforgettable memories of your Andaman Island adventure.
On the first day, you will arrive in Port Blair, the capital city of the Andaman and Nicobar Islands. You will be picked up from the airport and transferred to your hotel. After you check-in, you can spend some time relaxing and unwinding. In the evening, you will head to the Cellular Jail to witness the Sound and Light Show that showcases the history of India's struggle for freedom.
On the second day, you will embark on an island hopping tour to Ross Island and North Bay Island. You will start the day by visiting Ross Island, which is a former British administrative headquarters. You can explore the ruins of the old buildings and see the peacocks and deer that roam freely on the island. After Ross Island, you will head to North Bay Island, which is known for its crystal-clear waters and vibrant coral reefs. You can indulge in water activities such as snorkeling and glass-bottom boat rides, and enjoy a sumptuous seafood lunch on the island.
On the third day, you will explore the sights and sounds of Port Blair. Your tour will conclude in San Francisco on Day 8 of the trip. There are no activities planned for this day so you're free to depart at any time. We highly recommend booking post-accommodation to give yourself time to fully experience the wonders of this iconic city!
Day 1 of this tour is an arrivals day, which gives you a chance to settle into your hotel and explore Los Angeles. The only planned activity for this day is an evening welcome meeting at 7pm, where you can get to know your guides and fellow travellers. Please be aware that the meeting point is subject to change until your final documents are released.
Airport transfers are not included in the price of this tour, however you can book for an arrival transfer in advance. In this case a tour operator representative will be at the airport to greet you. To arrange this please contact our customer service team once you have a confirmed booking.
This tour has an age range of 12-70 years old, this means children under the age of 12 will not be eligible to participate in this tour. However, if you are over 70 years please contact us as you may be eligible to join the tour if you fill out G Adventures self-assessment form.
